On 10 Dec 2015 I rented a movie. Transaction debited twice on my account, I phone to correct and nothing gets done. Operator even said she doubt someone will get back to me. I had to phone again today to get my credit, spent much more than R30 to get R30 back!!!!! Pathetic service. The operator who assisted today was very helpful. I spent more on airtime to fix Multuchoices' mistake than the R30 that needs to be credited
I have dealt with XCO Sport numerous times this year!<br> First Bulletjie rugby rips - after one practice session the rips frizzed on the sides, 3 games into the season and the velcro does not stick. Sub standard!!! The excuse -its the supplier. I then had some logo's put on company jackets, major major issue, they eventually \fixed"their error because STAFF does not listen and attend to requests professionally. I ordered trophies"
Loaded BIS on Tuesday, amount deducted from my airtime balance but BIS did not activate. Call centre left unanswered. Eventually getting through 24 hours later, BIS activated for 3 hours and went off again until sometime during the night when it came back on. It has now been off again for 2 hours. MTN must refund my BIS or alternatively extend this months' subscription. No one knows when the problem will be resolved. Sick and tired of this no care attitude!
