I am heavily dissapointed in Vumatel/SADV service. I made an arrangement with the ISP to debit my account on tbr 25th of every month...on the 20th of December 2023 my account was debited. Within 5 days (25 Dec 2023) My Wifi was disconnected and I was told that I need to pay again. This means i paid monthly subcription only to have access to tbe wifi for 5 days (this is unfair). I since requested to cancel my subscription instead with them, however Iam being told that they referring my matter to another department, today marks excatly 3 weeks of waiting to be assisted and still I do not have any connection to date. This ISP is taking me for a long ride. This is a huge inconvienince and no one from their departments is willing to assist.
I have since wrote to the hospital via email seeking clarity with the poor service I recieved time I experienced an accident till to date my mail has not been attended to. I fell from a 2 story building, fell down from a height of approximatley 7 meters. I was taken by the paramedics to Vryburg hospital. I was told by the doctor that I am fine, he then prescribed pain ****ers for me to take and booked me off duty for 5 days reasons being 'illness'. Later on that day I had to go to another private hospital as I was bleeding from my nose and ear. The other hospital took scans and found that I had fractured facial bones as a result I needed to be admitted and go for surgical operation called Maxillo-facial. I am writting this review to expose the so called Vryburg hospital dominated by afrikaans speaking employees whom did insist on speaking afrikaans despite me as a patient telling them that I am not proficient in the used language. They also mislead me with the judgement of my medical condition, it was not something to be taken so lightly as they did, the risk of getting infection was evident if I did not seek assistance at another hospital.

I have referred two customers this year (2017) during the month of March and April. The customers managed to purchase vehicles and I was promised the spotters cheques as a token of appreciation for my efforts. I waited for 7 months until I was rewarded with the first spotters cheque. The other spotters cheque I was told that it has been cancelled due to the following reasons 1, The client cant be reached and 2, My name was not mentioned on the offer to purchase. The merits on which this spotters cheque was decided to be cancelled is unsatisfactory and none of this set back should be endured by me. The client at the time did have difficulties with her cell number/phone however since shes my colleague she did indicate that I should provide an alternative number for auto pedigree to contact her on however she was never contacted. I believe that all parties involved needs to play a certain part as per their roles and responsibilities, my name not being noted on the offer to purchase its definitely an internal oversight made by the service champion therefore has got nothing to do with me and should not even disqualify me in getting the reward for the role I played. I tried to communicate the matter with the branch manager and the sales person however I am not getting any joy from them as my emails are being ignored.
<p>I have since reffered two customers to Auto pedigree Gezina to purchase vehicles and I was promised a spotters cheque as reward due to me. It has been six months now counting and I havent heard from them however the customers refered have claimed their vehicles, when I try to call and enquire about the long over due cheque they always say they will check and call me back.</p> <p> </p> <p>it has been six months waiting for their call with regards to the feedback.</p>
