I accompanied my wife yesterday for her vaccination, you staff were informative, helping and most of all friendly. Thank you for making her experience a pleasant one. In comparison my experience today at another pharmacy was terrible. Just dab manners.
Clicks Doringkloof, The service during vaccination is not only terrible, its darn right degrading. No one to inform you of what their process is, two ques one for "walk ins" and another for appointments, not marked no one to inform people and then if by chance you do get into the correct que you are still not informed of anything. Once inside the staff seem to think they are doing you a favour and speak to you as though you are a ??? don't have words for it. Now in comparison my wife had an appointment at another pharmacy yesterday what a different experience. I accompanied her and had high hopes today when I attended my appointment. Shocking. Will post a well done for the other pharmacy.

We produce Aquaponic Lettuce, when approaching the Housewives Market in Lyttelton to show our produce to them I was met with major disrespect. Firstly slamming the glass door in my face. Thinking tht he is busy or a call I waited. He left the glass office and walked around the store and eventually asking me if he could help. Explaining that we produce lettuce he said that I should speak to someone else and waved his hand in a direction. As I turned to walk to where he directed me he said he has no time for salesmen, answering him I said I'm a farmer and he replied even worse. I asked him where he thinks all his produce is grown and he told me to get out of his shop. Unbeleivable that this is the attitude of a fresh produce market towards Farmers on which his livelyhood certanly depends
