I have settled my account in September already. Have requested them to update my arrear status to settled already. Yet after how long they keep ignoring my requests and it still shows on my credit report that I owe money. They are useless.
I was ****med by a Vodacom Rewards team member on 31 Oct 23, after telling him that I dont want any upgrade from him, he still went on and did an upgrade without my consent. I immediatly called vodacom to cancel the upgrade. I was told that it will be escalated and cancelled in 24-72 hours. Since then I weent to a store and called twice more to get it cancelled. Every consultant telling me it will take 24-72 hours. As to today it is still not cancelled. How can I be ****med by vodacom in 5 mins but it take weeks of begging to get it sorted out

After asking for a settlement amount and already paying the settlement amount on 1 September. Now on 4 November they take a debit order for value added services. I paid them in full and want nothing to do with them ever again. Still my account shows overdue and reflects as unpaid on credit report. Still I get messages that say i'm overdue. Worst company ever.
After calling the sales department for 8 times in a row and the keep being cut off every time. I requested a migration on my number 0823893080 and the upgrade department did the migration on 0820515001. When I speak to the last consultant he says he can do nothing I must call cancelations. I expect vodacom to go back and listen to the voice recording on the initial request and fix this mess as the upgrade was done wrong not by me but by your people so dont tell me to call cancellations to fix it as this was your ***** up. Please call me back to sort this out now. I want to speak to a team leader now.
Are Lewis Delmas going to drag out calling me back until the warranty on my bed is lapsed. I have been requesting a call back for a few weeks now and still waiting. Can someone call be back to sort this out ASAP.
They are very eager to call you and make a sale but when the ***** up and has to cancel a deal they take their time letting the client wait and wait. I called in on Friday and today and I'm still waiting on a call from cancellations. All I get when I call in is excuses and more excuses. They caused this mess and now I have to suffer indefinitely until they decide to work. They never wait for my money when I have to pay.
There was a double debit on my account in December 2020. I begged Lewis on multiple phone calls and going into the Lewis store in Delmas. Needless to say I never got my money back. Now that I received my new statement it says I owe money. I want Feedback from Lewis now to sort this out. If I call the call center they just drop the call.
Still waiting for my devices as part of a bundle package since November 2019. I am so tired of having to complain before Telkom does their job. Why do I have to nag, and nag before Telkom employees do the job they get paid for.
Absolutely horrible service from Delmas Wimpy. I order 2 schitzels with mushroom sauce. The waiter (Mirriam) explanied to me and my co worker that the mushroom sauce costs R15 and the cheese sauce R 10. I wanted to substitute my mushroom for a cheese sauce. She said that because there is a price difference she cannot substitute it I have to pay R10 extra to substitute the sauces. When I got my food I asked her twice if my sauces is there before I leave and she said yes When I get back to my office here is no cheese sauce. So not only did I have to pay extra for a cheaper sauce but I didn't even get the cheese sauce. Call me and explain this to me. Servaas van Staden-Coetzer 0820515001
