Denis sent me a mail stating that my current dentist has been removed from their network list, and if I was to go to a dentist not on the list I might have to pay a co-payment. When I submit my claim from my dentist, who is not on their list they refused to pay any part of the claim. Just stating he is not on the Denis list/network. This means that either they don't know how to express themselves in plain English because they contradict themselves or is just lying.
I logged a call with Hubble Cape Town to assist with the upgrade of the firmware of my batteries. Tristan Cook was the technician who assisted me. He was very helpful and made sure that the batteries are updated and are performing well. Thank you for your assistance Tristan.
The email address to request hospital authorisation doesn't work. They should remove it from there website
When some deals with insurance one is aware that you must provide the company with prove of everything as the insurer will try to get out of paying you what you claim. I'm currently in dispute with Guard risk. After providing them with everything to prove that my claim is legit, they now wants me to get a letter from my medical aid to prove that I'm a member. This is completely illogical. My medical aid approved my procedure. I attached my medical aid statement to my claim (thus I must be a member) but still they try to find away to not pay my claim. What a disgrace this company is!
I've been a member of Bonitas for 17 years and recently retired. Ever since my retirement, I've only experienced problems with Bonitas. I don't receive my medication, making use of their call centre is a nightmare. Bonitas suspended my membership saying I haven't paid, but my bank account has been debited and they are seemingly completely incompetent when it comes to their administration and they should really rethink their call centre flow. It takes 2 minutes before the phone rings if you are lucky not to be cut off
<p>Oct 2016 I can celled my contract with Telkom Mobile in writing just to find them debiting my bank account beyond the contract period. When inquiring about why they still debit my account they claim I agreed to continue with the contract. I told them that is not true they asked me to send them prove that I did asked for cancellation of the contract. Which I did send them. They promised to correct the mistake. This story repeated itself every month and every month I have to phone and provide prove.
