I am disgusted in the poor customer service received from TP Link. I have dealt with Portia and Edward. I was told my unit was faulty (extender) and needed to be replaced. No one responds to my emails since.
Non compliance to covid regulations. Wedding taking place with more than 150 guests. Venue confirmed they will pay the fine rather than comply.
Emotional attorney who physically assaulted the opposition. Unprofessional, unethical and has been reported to the Law Society.

<p>Passenger flew Emirates from OR Tambo with a stop over in Dubai before landing in the U.K. The flight occurred on 7 January 2017. Passenger did not receive baggage. It is the 17th February 2017 and Emirates have not yet assisted. After a month of Back and forth communications, the airline have requested receipts of the items which were in the baggage. Customer service has been appalling. They have no idea where or when the baggage disappeared and have made it clear that the onus is on the passenger to find out. I will continue to update the progress and shame this disgusting airline and its staff.</p>
