My Mother's car is insured with Miway,I used it today and the car overheated and showed the battery is dying. My mother called Miway they sent a tow truck within 15mins, I also received a Uber voucher to get to my office from the mechanic. Quick efficient service
Tomorrow marks exactly a week since I logged a call that my vodacom Fibre is down. I have called Vodacom daily to follow up and get empty meaningless comments that someone will be in touch with me in due course. That Gugu has been assigned to the matter, that a technician will be in touch with me. But nobody can say when my internet will be up and running. I buy data almost daily for work /study and we cannot watch TV without wifi. So angry.
I'm tired of @Vodacom Fibre telling me to wait 36hrs for someone to call me, when I have had no internet for 2 days now. When you take your debit order, there is no wait. This is the 2nd time since getting vodacom Fibre that we are down. No work no online school can be done. Come and fetch your router! On the 17th August 2018, Peters transport and storage helped me move house. I have used this company several times since 2012 to move house and even though they are expensive, i always found them efficient and my possessions were safe. This time around however, the team during the move stole property worth R6 500.00 from me. They were in a rush to get to their next assignment therefore not allowing me to check the vehicle after offloading my furniture, I had also developed a level of trust since i had used them before. It was only once i began unpacking my boxes that i realized that i had been robbed. I have since opened a police case against the company and staff, but want to warn any considering customers not to use this organisation.
<p>On the 08th July 2016, I purchased a Koki Phone watch whilst onboard an SAA flight to Mauritius.</p> <p>Upon my return to South Africa the phone did not work on our local networks, and i drove to the Tourvest offices in Greenstone ( 28/07/2016) to return the item and completed a refund form with all banking details and a copy of the receipt and my id. </p> <p>On the 07/10/2016 i contacted Pinky Guineas at tourvest to enquire why my i have not received the refund and was asked to submit another refund form- which i did.</p> <p>R2 483.65 and 6 months later, i still have not received my money!!</p> <p>I am an SAA voyager member and travel frequently, but will not purchase a single item and will discourage anyone who asks.</p> <p> </p>
<p>I have a Liberty Life insurance policy ********** 3400, which i have diligently paid for since 01/10/2012.</p> <p>On the 24/05/2016 I was diagnosed with stage four cancer. I contacted Liberty customer services to enquire what the process will be to claim from the Terminal Illness benefit and was told that my claim is invalid as in illness is not terminal. After argueing with this womean for 15mins, she then told me that they would need a letter from my Oncologist confirming my diagnosis. I sent the letter. Then receievd an email stating that my claim would be reviewed in 6 months. In January 2017 i resubmitted reports from my Pulmnologist as i was under his care after a 5 week stay in hospital as the cancer spread to my liver and lungs were infected, i suffered from heart failure, septacaemia. Still no way forwrd with Liberty. I am unabble to work and my medical aid is exhausted, Medical bills are piling up. Liberty making me jump through hoops with silly questions. So frustrated. Learnt at a breast cancer workshop recently that they do this to all clients and hope that you give up or die whilst they drag their feet to honour your claim.</p>
