Bad service
I needed a new bottom panel for my wooden garage door. I received a quote and they were quick to put in a temporary one. Since then I have battled to get any information from them and my calls and emails are being ignored. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Deposit Refund
Our NPO organisation moved out of Storage Genie unit in Boksburg at the end of May 2020. We requested our deposit refund and have been told repeatedly that it has been processed for payment, but we're still waiting. The company must be quite desperate if they can't refund the NPO a deposit of R800.

LENOVO MIX2 TABLET
<p>I bought a Lenovo Mix2 tablet from Dions Wired in July 2016. Within a few days it started freezing and I was told to switch off and restart. After a month or so it froze completely and had to be sent in for the software to be reinstalled. This happened twice. I've been told that the software isn't under guarantee and I've probably loaded a game or something incompatible with the software. According to Dions it is perfectly normal for tablets to freeze every now and then. I think I will probably stay with my old Sansui that I've had for over 2 years and haven't had a single problem. Hasn't frozen once - amazing!!!</p>
