I bought a vehicle from BMW eastrand - Land Rover Evoque - 4 months later my vehicle is not yet registered due to several excuses raised by Hendrik Steyn from BMW Eastrand. The sales rep not only does he not come back with information, but he constantly gives excuses why 4months later - after they received payment for the car from BMW finance and a 25% deposit from myself - they are not willing to register the car. The problem has deemed the vehicle road unworthy which will result in the invalidation of my insurance. The vehicle was also purchased with scratches that the dealer committed to fixing but until now the car is not fixed. The car since purchasing has been to Land Rover twice due to - bad rattling coming from the left side of the car, car battery issues, the boot cannot open using the key and the middle console rattling. Land Rover Nelspruit has had to book the vehicle in for over 3 days to resolve all the said mechanical challenges. On top of this mess - the car has a slow puncture on the right side and the tires are worn out already after doing less than 5,000km - to me, this is very very odd. I do not know where to go for assistance as Hendrik Steyn and all the team at BMW Eastrand are unwilling to help and keep posting me from pillar to post. I am ready to open a legal case as they cannot have a payment for a car that they refuse to transfer ownership. Can I get some help from BMW's principal dealer or anyone who cares about BWW brand?
I have recently made bookings with Airbnb and I would like to advise that I have lost allot of money due to fraudulent accounts. To my surprise these hosts are still being allowed to operate on Airbnb after I reported that two accounts were fraudulent. These are properties in Eco Estates in Durban. Be very careful of your bookings and to further note that Airbnb will not assist you in any reporting. They have now advised me that as a professional I should apply due diligence when it was them that are housing fraudsters and enabling them to access a community of decent honest travelers. Airbnb is now full of fraudsters - watch out.

I am an appalled customer of Discovery. After having been a dedicated member for over 5 years I have been extremely dissatisfied with the manner in which I have been treated by Discovery. I gave birth to my daughter on August 22 of 2016 & 6 months later I have failed to get my daughter medical cover bar numerous calls (an expense to my account) & emails sent to Discovery. Due to changes in systems at the Home Affairs my daughters birth certificate came out a bit late but upon delivery I approached discovery with the letter from the home affairs & requested them to cover my daughter in the interim. This was rejected by Discovery. I then waited for the birth certificate to come out & subsequently emailed it to discovery in December 2016. I received a request from discovery to nominate an inception date for her cover which I did as 1st January 2017. However bar all this interaction on the 21st of February of 2017 after having been put on hold for almost half an hour my request for my daughters medical cover was rejected as I was advised to complete yet another form to add a dependant. My enquiry as to why I always have to call to be advised of different paper work required was not satisfactorily answered. I was even advised that my daughter may have to be on a waiting period before cover commences. My question to Discovery is - how long must I wait before I get cover for my daughter? Why am I being sent from pillar to post by staff members who cannot assist. My case was even escalated to a supervisor but to date no solution has been reached. I am extremely disgruntled by Disvovery. Even when I advise that I will change cover & go elsewhere there is absolutely no intention of retaining me as a customer. I am really dissaponted by the treatment I have received. I need medical cover but I am not getting any help from Discovery Health.
