Having endless problems with BRI grasdakke, spend over R100k to get my roof re thatched but it is still leaking and don’t get any response out of the owner. They damage the ceiling and I had to supply the ceiling boards but still it’s not been 100% fixed. What a waste of money I will not recommend them at all.
<p>I had an accident whereby I hit a pothole on the 21st of January 2017. I logged a claim the following day and this had been approved on the 29th of January 2017 and Targa panel beaters assigned to do the repairs. Targa called me so they can inspect my vehicle and advise me that the money allocated for the repairs is not enough to replace my tyre or mags. We submitted quotes and did not get any feedback from both the panel beater and Discovery. I spoke to Roslin form Discovery and she requested that I submit quotes for a claim increase. This was increased according to Roslin on the 17th of February 2017 and I was redirected back to the useless guys from Targa. Went to visit them yesterday just to learn that they did not receive the increase to do the repairs. This is the worst service I ever experienced as one can hardly get hold of Roslin at Discovery.</p>
