I have been using Rentmaster for four years now and recommend them to Landlords who, like myself, cannot afford the time and expense of Tenant troubles. Ashleigh in Legal is great to work with and goes above-and-beyond to do what is needed.

I bought a powerbank from hyperli that was promoted as 20,000mah, but only recieved a 10,000mah one. I was told by Naureen in Customer Service that, regardless of the specification in the advert ONLY mentioning 20,000mah, that there was elsewhere (not at the "add to cart" section) a selection of either 10 / 20,000mah and that the default was on the smaller one. If I wanted it resolved then I would have to repay the courier fees twice. I decided not to bother asked them to just leave it. Even though I was quite disgruntled.

The next day I plugged the Powerbank in. Later just before going to bed that evening, I noticed that the battery was swollen up to many times it's original size. I quickly unplugged the device. I can only imagine what damage it could have done had it exploded next to my bed (a foot away from my head!). I lodged a complaint and was told the following by Naureen:

"I have escalated the matter to the partner, they will be arranging a collection, Once the item is received, it will undergo routine evaluation, upon receipt of confirmation, they will then authorise the refund. Please note, this can take up to 10 working days."

Well, 10 working days came and went and I again had to complain and ask what was happening. The next day a courier arrives at my house and delivers to my wife a new Powerbank. Obviously, I do not want another product of this Brand and especially after being promised a refund if found faulty, but was told by Naureen that "given my refusal to return and my second complaint... they would not be providing me with a refund". This was never communicated to me nor was I given the opportunity to disagree with it.

I belive Hyperli to be a a disreputable company and I especilly feel that Naureen could not care less about communicating with clients nor in keeping the company's reputation at heart. Hyperli is a joke and obviously is trying to promote cheap rubbish while turning a good profit. They refuse to take accountabinlity for a cheap - and potentially dangerous - product and most likely because they are trying to save on courier fees. Uncalled for in an online Retailer.

I would warn anyone to not chance supporting Hyperli as they refuse to stand by there products.
