DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM BUILDERS WAREHOUSE! Their systems and processes are shambolic and the staff are powerless to help you resolve your order. Ordered a Jojo tank online which showed to be in stock at the time. They then updated the delivery time to 16 days for an item that showed to be in stock. Fine, I accepted that. It is now 21 days later and no delivery. Nobody is giving any meaningful feedback. Other than me calling every day at my own expense, what more must I do to get what I paid for...
I'll hand it to Discovery, they're opportunistic. A bunch of snakes, but opportunistic. With the collapse of Comair and the Kulula booking platform, Discovery now forces you to sign up for their credit card to have access to the full benefits of your Vitality travel rewards (with travel insurance) which you would have otherwise had if Comair was still around. This is a pathetic and manipulative way to treat customers, especially those who have been with the company for 10+ years. I truly struggle to find the words to describe how infuriated I am by these... snakes.
DO NOT even consider this company. Rather pay more and get the job done properly by professionals. Terrible service. Poor installation. It is months after installation was "complete" and still waiting for problem to be rectified.
If you have C Fibre and want to cancel your subscription (I strongly recommend doing so or better yet, don't sign up in the first place), ask yourself how DO you cancel your C Fibre line. What email address do you send your request to? Who should you call? I've called "support" three times only to learn that they don't deal with cancellations and that there is a 30 day cancellation notice. 30 days for what?! That's ridiculous. That means I have to pay for a month's service that I cannot use!Then I'm told that they have sent feedback on the issue but never received anything. DO NOT USE CELL C FIBRE. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE!
