Initially they did not communicate with me about my order, then I gave them a bad review on Hellopeter and then 3 days later I received my delivery without any communication. So, I suppose all is well that ends well.
Placed an order, did the payment, received email confirmation and then nothing. Do not answer emails, WhatsApp or telephone calls. They are clearly ****mers.
I bought a Cerise stove top kettle from Le Creuset earlier this year. Yesterday my domestic worker accidently dropped the lid and the lid sustained a large chip on the one side. I wrote Le Creuset and email and asked whether it is repairable. They rep**** within 2 hours stating that it is repairable, but that they do have an extra FREE lid available which they then offered to send me for FREE. People ask why I buy such expensive kitchen appliances, well this is one of the reasons!
I constantly get messages that my tracking system, Telesure stardrive bronze SAS EWS TAG with sleuth Nano II, in my Porsche has been activated. The standard message when I call Netstar is that the battery on the remote needs replacement on a remote that was 3 months old when the first false alarm was activated. I changed the battery and a technician came to assess the tracker on the vehicle. Only to tell me that if a jamming device is near the vehicle this will happen, amazingly whilst the car is in the garage in an estate. Netstar simply does not solve the problem. I notice Kabelo also had such a problem two days ago on Hellopeter.
I bought a new Porsche during lock down and the smash and grab was installed during this time by an external party at Porsche Lynnwood. It seems that they had damaged the upholstery near the window during installation. The Porsche staff immediately took charge of the issue together with the installer, Custom Protection Products, and the repaired the upholstery within 3 days from me reporting the problem.
<p>Mango delayed a business flight that I had to take on 23 January 2017 repeatedly. I ended up cancelling the flight and confirmed that they would refund me. Then booked a flight on another airline.</p> <p>The next day I sent Mango the proof of the boarding pass on the other airline and requested the refund be done to my Standard bank personal account which I had used to buy the replacement ticket on Kulula.com.</p> <p>After many telephonic hours to reach Mango refunds dept I finally got confirmation and the payment was done to me on 14 February. But to the credit card that I had used to buy the Mango ticket. I then emailed Mango the next day to inform them that the credit card account to which they had made the payment had been closed at the end of January, and is the reason I had requested in my email right at the beginning that the refund must be done to a different account, no one ever replied to that email. And now as per usual one cannot get through to your refund telephone line.</p> <p>Ref. PGLTCD</p>
