The security team is great but completely useless admin and accounts team. We cancelled our service when relocating back in April ‘23. They informed us of the unreasonable 3 months cancellation fee (notice), but that is not why I’m complaining. So they deducted a debit order in May ‘23 and I paid the other 2 months of the cancellation at the same time, didn’t want to wait for debit orders to go off every month. I informed them that I made the payment and that service should be cancelled immediately. Guess what? June 1st, debit order goes off. Takes us 2 weeks to sort it out with their admin department - a relentless struggle back and forth. Finally we are in the clear, right? Nope, July 1st debit order goes off. This time we only received our refund in August, weeks to sort it out - somehow the people have now forgotten about the month before and we started at the beginning again. August 1st, no debit order, oh but wait now I still get an invoice mailed to me (on the 20th) but it has a bold CANCCELED next to my name (yes that is the spelling used). Right so I mail to ask to not receive invoices. Response I get is they promise to not send me an invoice and to stop generating them. Yay! Finally free of this spider web of CSi Security Admin… Nope! September and then now October invoices have been sent to me and I cannot speak to these useless people anymore.
<p>Speedtest submitted to SR170 ********** 17. Oh and in case you were wondering this is "with one device connected via lan". Reported this issue one week ago and no updates yet. This is how they take care of their business clients. BTW this is supposed to be 20down 20up and I only get 1down and 10up with latency all over the place. Can't even browse the internet.</p>
