Scam. Subgrade programing, we do this already without a computer at no cost. They charge R750 per month for 2 years. Day one I want to cancel now they carge a R5700 cancelation fee. They said we could cancel within 7 days. This is a complete ripoff. Might be usefull for lazy parents. But completely useless for parents who are actively involved with their children and school.
They advertise that you can send money, but my transaction for R800 is declined. There is no manager in the shop. Tried 3 different shops. They can't give a reason. Maybe there is no internet.

On the 23rd I had R500 airtine and 40mb data on my phone. I was waiting for an email and refreshed a couple of times. 2 hours later tried to make a call, no more airtime? They just say i have used it. I have phoned 808. They said they will send me an email. Still waiting.

After the whole ordeal with the duel sim phone wich was not a duel sim phone I have returned the phone to the usless shop. I was informed that ny contract would be written back an I have asked for them to cancel my existing contract and make the number prepaid. That was the 28th of feb. I went back a week later and asked about the pregress. I was told naby by friday i will be contacted. And guess what ....... nothing. I went back in the 13th of march. Stil not done, but the new unwanted contract bill was debited on ny bank account for a blerry phone i do not have. I want all my money back including the sim connectionfee aswell as my travel costs. I live 50km out of town. Call center just refer me back to the useless shop. The shop owner either does not get my messages or does not give a damn. Same owner of the kakkacom shop in southern centre in bloemfontein and kakkacom in loch logan. They are still waiting for confermation about the phone arraival. I could have taken the phone to jhb and be back by now on my bicycle.

My vodacom contract was due for upgrade (I wanted to cancel) due to our bad cellphone reception on the farm,I need two networks from different towers, therefore two cellphones. I went to vodacom in southern centre Bloemfontein. There the sales rep told me that they have a dual sim phone. I was happy and ordered one. Today a week later I renewed my contract and asked 3 times if this phone (huawei p9) can take two sim cards. Two people said yes. Done a sim swop signed an left with my new phone. When the sim became active I tested the phone. Only the ones sim slit read a simcard. I went back to the shop where I was told to go to the library and look on the internet how to actiivate the second sim slot. I asked for the manager, she told me they do not do that, upon which I asked for a working phone, she said I did not spesificly asked for a phone with active second sim slot only if it can take two sim cards, they could not understand why I got upset. Vodacom customer care referred me back to the shop. The manufacturer said the phone in my possession is not a dual sim phone and referred me back to the shop. Where do I go now? I do not want a single sim phone. I have 4 at home. Please help. I am kwaad baie kwaad.
