The Power Store works
Ordered a Pylontech battery for collection on Thursday evening, Ready for collection midday Friday. Collection quick and efficient at their Cape Town Depot. (airport industrial - not the most fun place to get to...) No damage to packaging and battery working perfectly with it's older mates.

International parcel - fast delivery
I ordered a small item from Aliexpress on 9 May expecting to wait 3+ months. Took 2 weeks to get to SA and another week for 1st JHB INT. post office scan and to get to me in Cape Town. I'm shocked (pleasantly) - here's hoping this is the new normal...

Poor service Pharmacy Direct
I queried the December delivery of my wife's medication in early December and was assured that Pharmacy Direct were operating over the Christmas / New year period. On 27 Dec I received a notification of from Bonitas for a Pharmacy Direct claim, so I expected a delivery in the next few days. On the morning of 5 Jan (Friday) I queried the delivery and was told it was being dispatched that day but would only be delivered on Monday as they don't deliver on a Saturday. When I phoned on Monday afternoon I was told the package is in Pretoria and I could expect it on Tuesday and it was delivered that morning. Four of the meds are dated 27 Dec and the 5th 31 Dec so that explains the initial but not the subsequent delays. It appears to be an increasingly common occurrence lately that the entire shipment is held up for lack of one or more items. My wife would have been at a hugely increased risk of a seizure when her Epitec ran out on Saturday 6 Jan had we not been able to secure a week's supply, for cash, from an understanding pharmacist locally.
