I would like to take this time to give compliments to B2E active fiber, I am not a customer of theirs, however, the assistance they gave me is incomparable. I recently moved into a new home, which already had a fiber line installed, the pervious owner had not canceled the line, so the line was block and the useless ISP Mweb I have couldn't even advise me what needs to be done, till Vumatel told me, I contacted B2E and the then unblock the line the same day, the next morning I contacted them again and they gave me confirmation of the line being cleared, I was not their customer, however they knew that was happening the moment I mentioned my name. Mweb is unfortunately my ISP the worst most pathetic service ever, they are miles away from B2E, Mweb took weeks to get my fiber up and running, after calling numerous times, emails never get a response, and gents never know what on earth is going on. Thato Mahlangu-Mbambo from B2E is very efficient, friendly and extremely helpful, I will advise any one to give B2E a call and see what service really is, ask to speak with Thato and see how fast you can get fiber sorted.
<p>When i first was contacted by Clientele Legal, the sale consultant explained how great it was. I have also seen on TV how they explan the service they render, the consultant told me that once I have compeleted, the 3 month waiting preoid, any case I have new or exisiting, Clientele Legal will be able to help me. however in October the bank I bank with incorrectly reversed the debit order.</p> <p> </p> <p>At first Clientele told me they cant help me because of the reversed debit order, I then contacted my bank to give me proof that it was the banks fault, after which i forwarded the email to clientele who now is saying that, they cant help me because it matter at hand is pre-exisiting, they have change thier reason that they unable to help me. everytime i call them they tell me thats is my fault, they cant assist me, not once has any consultant tried to help.</p> <p> </p> <p>Since the incorrect reversal was done, all my premiums have been up to date, However Clientele Legal refuse to help me.</p>
