Bad service
In March 2023 I went there for new specticals. Today the 1 December the frame broke. Now they want to tell me it's ware and tear. They don't want to replace the frame. No client service at all, and the receptionist is very rude towards customers.

Car and household insurance
<p>On the 17 February I logged a claim at Miway. My work cell phone and two of my watches was stolen through my bedroom window. Just because I haven't had enough proof of purchase, reason being that the watches were given to me as presents. They cancelled my policy. They say that I'm dishonest and committing fraud, I'm claiming for stuff that I never had. Because of that accusations, no other insurance company wants to insure me. </p>
