I had two explora 1 extraview decoders installed. The hard drive on one became corrupted and after hours of struggle the agent gave me two second hand explora 3b's (The decoders were insured through DSTV). My extra view is no cancelled and entered as two separate packages which mean that I must now pay for TWO subscriptions. I have contacted the call centre 7 times and was put on hold for a total of 3 hours 39 minutes and each time my call was cut off after 30 to 0 minutes each. I am currently placed on hold and after 45 minutes I still have nobody talking to me. Do DSTV think we have unlimited air time????? The are a disgrace and so incompetent they cannot even fix a simple issue. Last night I was told by three different operators that They are in consultation with a supervisor only to learn from the fourth operator that there was no supervisor on duty???????? My call now was dropped by them after 47:37 !!!!!!!!!! This is what happens if a Company has the monopoly . Any suggestions how I can get someone to do their job at DSTV???????
I have signed up with Mweb fiber and eventually got them to connect my account. However some idiot entered my phone number wrong during the registration process and I have been struggling for more than a week to get the number fixed. Any contact (website, phone etc) with MWEB requires the USE OF AN ONE TIME PIN which I obviously do NOT receive due to the incorrect phone number. When phoning the so-called customer service they promise to phone me back (Obviously on the wrong number) I have completed all the documentation and emailed it to them with no joy. How do you get MWEB to fix a wrong phone number or send you the password you require to enter your profile on the internet Stay away from this Company !!!!!!!!!
Bought secondhand Vinyl cutter which shorted operating software, drivers, etc. Many thanks to Bob and Pooven for their outstanding assistance (Bob replied to my email 12 O clock in the evening ????). They immediately put me in touch with a supplier and assisted me with the software. I have never experienced better service in my life. Anybody thinking to buy a vinyl cutter or similar product will be mad not to use Roland Thanks again guys. You saved me

Roof leaking terribly and even though guarantee is still valid, the Owner do not pitch up for meetings and disconnect any attempts to phone him.
