After my first review, no feedback and being ignored on whatsapp. These guys are fly by night. They are very responsive before you buy the product. After you paid the service stops. I had i problem with electricity usage and had to phone sunsynk to solve the problem. These guys wont help with anything after they got paid. They send a COC after 2 weeks that had the wrong address on it. They are not willing to fix it. They also dont send a tax invoice after payment.The contractors company they use to install is not the same as shown on the COC. I dont think the COC is legit. I have to get someone else to redo the COC. These guys are ***** and I would not recommend them.
Installed system on 17 September 2024. They said ill be getting my invoice and COC after 3 days. Its been 2 weeks and they cant give any answers on when ill be getting it. They are quick to answer your messages when they need your money, but after you paid they take forever to get back to you. They advertise COC included, but they dont give a COC.
I am deeply disapointed in Vodacom. Last year December I lost my PREPAID phone so I decided to get a contract phone from Vodacom. I went to Vodacom Westonaria and applied for a contract phone. I dealt with a guy named BOOITJIE- He told me that it would take 4 working days to get the phone. After a week I phoned vodacom and told them that I cant go without a phone any longer, so I told them to cancel the application. I spoke to Booitjie and he said it is fine they are going to cancel the application . 12 days after the original application date they phoned me and said my phone is ready for collection... I then told them that I already cancelled the application and bought a prepaid phone instead. Heard nothing since- 2 months later a call agent phoned me telling me that I owe 800 (and something odd rand) when am i going to pay it???? Threatening me that i am going to get blacklisted if I dont pay... How can they tell me to pay for a phone and contract if i didnt even collect the phone??? Phoned Booitjie again at Vodacom Westonaria( ********** 040) and he claims he knows nothing about it- his "manager took everything over after I cancelled the application". Manager is never in store- can never get hold of him. Above mentioned was my complaint on hello peter on 2nd of March 2017. On 22 March 2017 a person phoned me and said everything is resolved. Since then once in a while someone phones me telling me that my account is in arrears and i need to pay. Meanwhile I only have prepaid. NOW... 5 months later. Vodacom is still phoning me trying to collect money!!! Today they send me a email that i owe R4788.03!!!!! They don't have a clue what their doing. They tell you that the issue is resolved just to keep you quiet for a while then they continue to harass you!
