I signed up with Sureeswipe 2 years ago. In March 2019 I wrote to them asking for cancellation of which i was told my contract ends in August, By August the 1st their machine stop working, i was under impression that my contact was terminated as per email request in March, to my surprise i was billed around R300 for August for pay machine that was not working. I was informed it was the last payment..i asked them to send debit order again. Now in September i got another Billing of R543 again which was not successful, and today again they send it and all these debit order get rejected and i am affected financially. On debit order rejections along i have now paid around R500. Can somebody please help me to have this que resolved and be refunded my money
<p>Please note that i have noticed two debit orders going off my account. Last week i went to my bank to find out about it, today i was then told it was the above company. I tried contacting them during the day and their call centre agent informed me they deal wit lots of companies and that they act on theit behalf. I dont remember owing any company. Kindly assist me in getting refunded the R99 that went off my account twice already. Here is the reference vas per my recent bank statement: firstmark9401sv152 ********** 25. </p>
