I would just like to share my experience with above mentioned workshop.

They are extremely professional and helpful, The owner,Reception ladies as well as the rest of the staff eg. mechanical staff and driver.

I have been using them for 2 major issues which were on separate occasions and both times the service were great, they keep you updated with every single thing and make sure they produce the price and duration of job when they have done all suitable diagnostics etc...

Well done KC Auto Kenilworth,Cape Town.

I just thought I should share my experience.

So after purchasing a car privately about 6months ago, I opted for Mechanical warranty and based on recommedations SA warranties were the suitable option for the car I am driving now.

So just into month 5 I encountered a problem where my car started smoking ect...I booked it into RMI approved worshop, they diagnosed the problem ect... sent all relevant information to SA warranties.

It got approved after all necessary things were checked and confirmed in order for the workshop to proceed with all work.

So I must say, my first experience with them were hassle free, I do however think that small things such as stretched bolts and sealants should be included into the "Engine" category as it is part of the engine repair and assembly process, Stretch bolts keep the Cylinder head and sub assembly attached in order for a engine to run, but ja Well done SA warranties, I have quite few friends and family members who are keen on signing up due to my own experience.
