<p>Your customer service person Cherylize Francis cannot speak to customers. I phoned in regarding a new claim and asked how long it will take for feedback and she tells me she doesnt know. Does this mean it may take six month? as i have asked her for an estimate and she tells me with attitude "i said i dont know"'. what kind of attitude is that? now i even wonder what kind of feedback i will be getting from your company regarding my claim if you have many of Cherylize Francis there. Had i checked feedback from other customers i dont think i would have dealt with this company at the first place.</p>
<p>So after being made to run around like a headless chicken to claim for the insurance i took with MTN, i still do not see and progress. the only thing im told is that they changes service providers and its possible that my application was not captured... what the hell, ive been paying thid insurnace for over three years now. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! I just visited the Hatfield branch where i initailly to the insurance only to be told that if pinnacle cannot find my policy then there is noting they can do. I, I and i repeat I, should call Pinaccle and find out... Then he walks away. mind you i sat there for over and hour waiting for service, the empyees keep going to the back office, peep out the glass window and walk in and out of the store... im sorry if this is the treatment that MTN gives its customers, then i want to stop the contract, dont care if they take the fone back. im sick and tired of the MTN Hatfield and Fesival Mall emplyees have. </p>
<p>1. Called the MTN customer care line on the 27 Feb 2017 to enquire about my insurance only to find out im not registered however i have been and still paying for insurance.</p> <p>2. Today, 7 March 2017, I went instore (Midrand Boulders, MTN) to enquire again only to be told by the staff that they are tired of holding for the relevant department and would rather send an email.</p> <p> </p> <p>How long should I wait for service that im paying for??</p>
