I have pleasure in acknowledging and praising the effiency and capabilities of the Gaumed/Vertex Medical Services. The prompt response, excellent care and decision making this team applied in taking care of my son who was suffering heart failure has given him another shot at life. The cost was also not as astronomical as expected, (cheaper than a tow truck and 100 times more valuable in a life and death situation). I am eternally grateful for their dedication to an extremely difficult job. I salute you. Maggi van Aswegen, Woodmere, Germiston
I ostensiy signed on for a free 3-day trail online which resulted in bi-weekly payments being billed to my credit card (while my online purchase limit is set to 0 just by the way) for the past 8 months? It is described on my statement as a "recurring" furniture purchase?
I recently noticed a double debit of the debit order I have for a course I signed up for. A previous double debit was explained away as part of the agreement for an ANNUAL double debit to cover 4 weekly packages, as this was done in September 2017 it would stand to reason that a recurring double debit would be taken in September 2018. This however was debited at the end of June, 9 months after the ANNUAL agreement. I've had other payment discrepancies as well whereupon I gave up after not getting feedback from Hatchette. I am now fed up with being ignored and no reasonable feedback being forthcoming.

Although I've made a payment agreement with MBD AND stuck to it for over 6 months. I receive incessant phone calls from their agents. This is tantamount to harrasment and I intend taking legal action. This has become unbearable.
