Tissot Canal Walk and Tissot South Africa are fraudulent thieves. I handed my Tissot Touch in at the Canal Walk branch in Cape Town in December of 2018. I was told that they cannot repair my piece and I need to accept an exchange for a new watch. I accepted the exchange and was told it would take 4-12 weeks. It is now 6 months later and still I have not received my new watch (they have the old one and I cannot get it back). They keep on telling me there is a delay, that is if I can get them to reply to emails or answer the phone. It cannot take 6months to ship a watch. This means only one thing, they fraudulently promised me an exchange but actually just stole my old timepiece. Absolutely disgusting customer service.
<p>My ADSL internet stopped working a week ago. after phoning telkom every single day, and getting no feedback other than "we dont know" it is still not fixed. After an entire week of no service, today they still took the entire debit order. It is the worst experience I have ever had with any service provider, and it seems I am not alone.</p>
