Stargas is the only agent for Kwikot gas geyser After waiting for 2 days to come and have a look. They came and fix a flow meter but not the problem Then they gave me a lone unit after another 2 days Then after 11 days they send me a new price The price to fix a geyser is over R6000 in total. This is ridiculous If it is Kwikot or Stargas the bottom line me as a customer are getting nailed
I have been to an Absa Branch and had made several requests with calls but now one can explain there flexy bonds The people they say knows can’t explain how 26% of the extra money i paid in to a bond for a test is not available and what the % will be of an bigger amount There answers are you don’t save money in a bond and wel we said the money will be less But they have no idea what there system will do i have to deposit money and see what happens Wow wonder who build te system if they don’t know this sonds like a jok ? If ABSA reed this please let me know how to use this flex bond of yours
I have been an FNB Klient for 20 + years with a spotless record for the entire duration. But for the last 3 Months there serves has been terrible on the Credit card side and on the Bond side On the Credit card side they ask me if I will like to change my Full amount debit order from the 26 to the First .I said yes and this was the BIGES mistake i could have made. On the 26 they took the full amount and then on the 1st( Five days later) they took the full amount again. This amount was only due for the 26 of the month. Then phoning them to solve the problem was mind boggling no one can help me, they don't know how 'they blame the system and up to today 3 months later still a mess. Then my Bond it was approved +/- 2 months back after 4 months of jumping throw hoops I had to go and sign at the attorney 2 times for the bond There after I was awaiting for the attorney to let me know when we are logging Then FNB/attorneys come back again and for the third time change critical items and are re assessing the info Are they sure on what they are doing 6 months to get a bond and we have SARS clearens Thwane clearers all in place to lodge and they are rethinking. I though you give a client an approved bond after you have had a look at all the relevant info and don't change your mind before Lodge day.
