Extremely bad customer service from Virgin Active SA. I recently changed bank accounts, and as such my debit order bounced on the old account. I contacted Virgin Active to notify them of the new account and I made an EFT payment, of which I provided them with the proof. This was almost 3 weeks ago and to date I still have issues entering the gym as their system says I am 1 month behind on my account. I have contacted the contact center numerous times, I have logged queries with my local gym's front desk numerous times and still nobody can get to the bottom of why my access is limited, even though they can see my payment. Virgin Active, could someone who knows what they are doing please contact me? I am seriously considering canceling my membership if this is how you treat your customers.
DO NOT BUY FLOWERS FROM THIS COMPANY! The customer service is nonexistent, and they take your money without delivering anything. I ordered flowers in May 2024 and they never delivered. After numerous enquiries, they offered a refund which never materialized. It is now July and still silence from these ****mers. I doubt I will ever see my refund but want to warn people to stay away.
<p>I sent my Trojan Ignite 350 treadmill in for a belt replacement on 9 Jan 2017 (Job CT-6486). After numerous follow up calls for 3 weeks, I finally received feedback that there was no stock of the belt and that it would have to be ordered from Jhb. They said it would take 2 weeks and I agreed. 2 weeks later, no feedback and after numerous calls, someone finally answered my call and responded that my deck also needed to be replaced at an additional cost. Once again I agreed. After a further 2 weeks I enquired and they said it will take a further few weeks. Finally they delivered it on 6 March.</p> <p> </p> <p>I switched the machine on later that evening only to find it not working with an E1 error code. This after a new belt, new deck and general service that I paid R2800 for!</p> <p>I called M5 the next day and they said they can only attend to it 4 days later. It is now 4 days later and I'm waiting for them as promised but nobody has showed up yet. I called and nobody answers.</p> <p>I am now totally disgusted by the level of service from M5 and will do everything in my power to spread the word. The staff that deal with customers have no clue what good customer service is...</p>
