Placed my order this morning. Received my order 5 minutes ago. Amazing products.
Customer service is nonexistent. Absolutely appalled by their customer service. You can only speak to a robot or speak to someone through text. it then takes them 10 minutes to reply to one text message. Imagine loosing out on a car you are trying to get finance for because your bank wont assist!
Food was absolutely amazing, service was really really good. Definitely recommend this place..
What an amazing restaurant, the food is so delicious my fiancé and I love this place. Service is really good and the atmosphere is great. Definitely a place you should try if you haven't yet.. Wow!! #supportlocal

<p>Febuary 2017 my daughter and i were invovled in an accident we go to hospital only to be told that my daughter is not on the medical aid, even though she IS on the medical aid, Bonitas just kindly forgot to put my 3 year old daughter on mine when they changed over from LMS, so i had to take me daughter to my GP the next day and pay cash . They also did not pay for my hospital visit even though it was an emergancy taken by ambulance. THEN i call and ask for athurisation for specialist and Xrays i get the authorisation codes, a weeek later i get an sms stating i need to pay for the specialist and xrays as i did not get authorisation, so once again another issue with bonitas. CALL CENTRE at bonitas is absoulety disgusting, the ladies are rude and disrispectful i ask to speak to a manager and they tell me NO i ask for her name and she says no she doesnt have to give it to me... Bonitas has now suspended my account because they say i havent paid my monthy contribution BUT I HAVE PAID IT, i did however reverse a payment of alot of money they just kindley decided to take off without my permission for a mistake they made and expect me to pay for, i spoke to a lady in the call centre and told her NOT TO take any money off that has nothing to do with my monthly contribution but they do it anyway. This and more all in two months. I am getting into trouble at work because my days consist of me sitting on my phone trying to sort out personal matters with my medical aid during work hours.. PATHETIC</p>
