Someone managed to open a fraudulent sim on my account. I found this out when I received texts that I am R5000 over on out of bundle rates. They also managed to make this new account my primary account. So it ate all the data on my phone, too. I had to phone customer service three times. The second time I phoned, I found out the first agent sent ref numbers to a number not on my account. Only the third agent actually really tried to help. Now. Long stories. ID. Affidavit. In the meantime I cannot use cellular data on my phone. I cannot block that account myself. This is pathetic. Utterly. When there was fraud in my Absa credit card, it took one call and one mail and done. Yet vodacom, who do to blame for this due to no fraud prevention mechanisms, just continues to inconvenience me.
<p>After reading all the other reviews, I don't have much to add. I am still waiting for delivery 6 weeks later. This after a rude mail from the MD telling me they are refunding me. My next step is my lawyer. </p> <p> </p> <p>Do not order from this site. Do not. </p>
