Avoid and advise your insurer to avoid. Had insurance claim, they came and did gas leak detection, which was fine. Dug up paving, chopped into Tarred Drive way and made hole in the wall, non of which repaired or communicated back to the insurer, then had then come back for another pipe issue and proceed to disconnect the geyser TP vale, then offered to quote to do the repair. Pretty dodge, seriuosly avoid.
I placed an online order for a PC Monitor, received it on the 9th of July which had a dead spot/pixel, after contacting Samsung I was advised to take it to a Samsung service centre which I did on the 12th of July. I was advised that as the unit was new and receiving a faulty device that it should be replaced. I left the unit with the friendly Samsung tech team waiting for Samsung to call me back to advise when a replacement unit would be arranged for deliver. It is now the 23rd of July and I have sadly had no contact back from Samsung and must contact an online chat support DAILY to get any feedback, which was promised that someone would call me that day, which was Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and finally Friday. Finally, now Monday the 26th of July, no phone call even after a email with the Samsung team – Wayne Peters wayne.peters@samsung.com, William De Beer william.d@samsung.com, Ashley Chengiah a.chengiah@samsung.com Contacted the Online chatbot/person again and still no ETA at all. Stay away from Samsung.
