Submitted claim 2 weeks ago 22/09/2025, lost 350 000 litres of water, they do not come to fix water leak. They book the plumbers out for an hour and leave. After 3 visits their leak detection failed. 3rd attempt they did temp reroute, once again leak was not there, they took off our copper pipes and installed plastic, and it all leaked. Still with the main burst running as well. They dont call to keep us up to date. They fail on ALL the promises. Not worried that such a huge amount of water is under our foundation. Never mind the water loss.. They know its urgent, but they keep on pushing other clients jobs above ours. They have an excuse to fix it every time. Not enough time, not a proper plumber on site, not finding the leak. So I am waiting for them now for the 4th time. They promised to be here early morning to do the reroute, NO ONE SHOWED UP, NO ONE PHONED. Who will pay if my house's foundation collapse??? Dissapointed beyond words!!!

Insurance claim on a geyser , while removing the old geyser the plumber broke a geyserwise control unit cable. Gave me a second hand one as a replacement , did not reconnect so unit is STILL not working. Close to a month later no joy. Say i must get an electrician to fix it. Very dissatisfied and vey arrogant staff. DONT USE THESE PLUMBERS!!!!!

Good day I had an insurance claim regards to my geyser my mixing valve was faulty they came to replaced it however they used my existing cover tubing cut it off from my safety valve and utilize it for the fix on the mixing valve . This safety valve just have a small piece on now if it releases pressure it will splash in the tray onto my ceiling incuring future damages , bare in mind this pipe leads till outside my roof . This is pure poor workmanship that I will never tolerate at all .

Avoid and advise your insurer to avoid. Had insurance claim, they came and did gas leak detection, which was fine. Dug up paving, chopped into Tarred Drive way and made hole in the wall, non of which repaired or communicated back to the insurer, then had then come back for another pipe issue and proceed to disconnect the geyser TP vale, then offered to quote to do the repair. Pretty dodge, seriuosly avoid.

Pieter Rademeyer Plumbers installed a new geyser at our house on instruction of our insurer. The installation is faulty, the geyser overheats and no water is released via the overflow pipe. The cold water tap's pressure is nonexistent when using the geyser. We contacted Pieter Rademeyer Plumbers, and were informed that the installation is not their problem, and they are not willing to travel to our house as it is out of their normal area of business. We requested the insurer to follow up, but the insurer's instruction was also ignored. Very disappointed at the level of service from a so-called established company, that accepts instructions from an insurance company but then refuses to rectify their faulty installation. The faulty installation of the geyser is not only inconvenient to us, but potentially dangerous.
