My husband is 80 years old and have to wait for me. I suggest that he go to The Good stuff Company and wait there untill ai am done with my Pedicure. Then we can enjoy WOW coffee and have something to eat. Monique at the coffee shop told him he is not allowed to sit and wait in the restaurant for me. He need to go outside and wait outside until I will arrive. He stood for almost 1 and a half hour and wait for me. When I arrived I spoke to the two ladies. The thin one had a smile like so what and had a attituede. The African lady was very sorry about the situation. We are loyalty customers from The Good stuff.
I went to Kruger National Park and visit the Mugg and Bean almost everyday. I had a loyalty app and subscriptions. They could not scan the QR codes and I phoned head office of Mugg. And bean about 10 times and also send a few e-mails regarding the matter to olease add the loyalty points to my profile. Everytime they said they need to look onto the matter. It is already a month later with no sucessfull outcome. I also attached two slips to show them that I had dinner and coffees. CAS/2020920/VZ2G2N2 CAS/2037431/G6C6T1 I spoke to Thobelu, Okuhle and Olwethu on different occassions. All I need from them is to please add my loyalty points. The restaurant had internet problems. That is not my problem. We were for 5 days at the Lower Sabie in Kriger National Park and everyday they had the same excuse, poor internet connection. Please help that I can get my loyalty points. But no positive result.
We went to the Takoda Spur at Hartenbos. We had excellent service from the waitress, but when I want to oay the bill the problem start. Open food was upload on my bill, it was a mistake. Christine the waitress correct it woth two vouR50 vouchers from a loyalty card, not my loyalty card. At the end of the day I did not rwceive any loyalty points. On my transaction history is no visit at the Takoda Sour on 27 April. This Spur made so many mistakes, why. It is not the forst time. The food was excellent the waitress was excellent up to the time when I need to earn loyalty points and pay the bill.
I bought a Manhattan right slouce. The slouce daybed is dropping to the back and the two seater to the right. I sent an email and also contact head office. The consultant Jenny told us to drive all the way from Hartenbos to George to view the showroom. I want an expert to come and view my Manhatten right slouce amd rectofy the problem. You can not sot and your feet is up and your seat is dropping to the back.

On 2nd June 2024 we had an incident where a guss wind slammed the open wooden door out of its frame In the outsode surrounding vibricate wall. Our safety was our biggest concern. We phoned Absa on Monday 3rd June and waited untill 6 June for an assesor. His outcome is as dollows it is impossible for the wind to bkow a door out of its frame. Really we heard the loud slam in our house when it happend. The reason why we were in the house, was because we were still busy oflloading the car, drom our trip from Kirkwood. The soor did its purpose to keep strangers from entering our property. According to the assesor, the vibracate wall was also suppose to be blown down by the wind. This is a strange theory by the assesor. We are very unhapoy with Absa. At the end of the day we had to replace the door on Monday 10 June, to feel safe. We made a lot of phone calls to Absa. When the assesor visited our home he said “Oh it is an easy claim”. Absa is not orepared to pay R3500 for the danaged, but ai have to oay a lot of money every month to Absa insurance. We did not receive any correspondence or phone calls. We need to phone them every time
We bought steers burgers at the Newlands cricket stadium. It was a pop up Steers and it was a closed vendor. One burger had a worm, we did complain but we are not satisfied
