Afrihost Air Mobile – Ongoing SMS & 2FA Failure for Months (No Resolution)
I am posting this to warn others about my experience with Afrihost Air Mobile. Porting my number to Afrihost Air Mobile has been one of the biggest service mistakes I have made. Since the port, I have not been receiving critical SMS messages — specifically two-factor authentication (2FA) codes, Google authentication codes, and other one-time PINs required to access secure accounts. This is not a minor inconvenience. These messages are essential for banking, email access, secure logins, and online verification. Without them, I am effectively locked out of important services. I have logged numerous support cases over several months. Each time, I am told the issue needs to be escalated to MTN, and then I am sent back and forth with no permanent resolution. The problem still persists. The WhatsApp support experience has been extremely disappointing. Responses are slow, dismissive, and there is no sense of urgency or accountability. No one takes ownership of the issue, and there is no clear feedback or technical explanation provided. This has now been ongoing for months. If you are considering moving to Afrihost Air Mobile, please think very carefully. Reliable SMS delivery — especially for authentication codes — is a basic and essential service in today’s digital world. Unfortunately, in my experience, this has not been delivered. I hope this review encourages Afrihost to urgently investigate and resolve this issue, not only for me but for any other customers who may be experiencing the same problem. Extremely disappointed. I'm going to port our ASAP

Outstanding Catio and Service :)
EXTREMELY Happy Pet Mom♥️ I reached out to a few businesses for quotes to build a large catio for my rescue cats, but from the very first conversation, Ursula & Jaco Buitendag from Catio’s And More just felt different! He was kind, patient, and genuinely interested in what I wanted and what would be best for my cats. I never felt rushed or like I was just another job. His quote was quite affordable compared to the others I received, and he also offered a longer warranty, which gave me real peace of mind. The communication was wonderful from start to finish. Jaco always rep**** quickly, and when the installation happened, everything was done with so much care. The work was neat, professional, and clearly done with love. His team was just as lovely — friendly, respectful, and easy to have around. It honestly felt more like family helping me create something special for my cats than a company doing a job. What I also truly appreciate is that Catio’s And More does far more than just catios and animal enclosures. Knowing that Jaco can help with many other projects makes this even more special, because I know exactly who I’ll be calling in the future. Even though they are based in Hartbee****rt, they are willing to help almost anywhere. With the quality of work, the fair pricing, and the level of care they give, you really can’t go wrong. I am so grateful for the workmanship and the after-sales service. In me, Jaco has found a customer for life. If you are looking for someone who truly cares about you, your home, and your animals, you will never go wrong by choosing Jaco for all your animal enclosure needs. He is truly the best of the best, and I recommend him above all else. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Jaco and team, for creating a safe and beautiful space for my rescue cats. It means more to me than I can put into words. 🐾❤️

Absolutely Outstanding Service
This was my first time ordering from Pet 2 Farm Depot, and I must admit I was a bit nervous because my order was quite expensive. However, from start to finish, the experience was nothing short of amazing. Their WhatsApp number is answered promptly, and every question or query I had was handled quickly and professionally. The service is truly outstanding. On top of that, their prices are honestly the best of the best — you will not find prices as good as Pet 2 Farm Depot on other websites when it comes to pet products. They offer door-to-door delivery at a very low cost, which is such a bonus, and they also have a PUDO locker delivery option, giving you even more convenience and flexibility. The sweetest surprise of all was receiving a cute freebie in my package — such a thoughtful touch that really made my day and shows how much they value their customers. Overall, the service is completely exceptional, and I will definitely be ordering again. I highly recommend Pet 2 Farm Depot for all your pet needs. You won’t be disappointed! 🐾💖

BEST OPTOMETRIST EVER Dr Pharane

She took the time to give me feedback, followed up, and made sure my glasses were perfect and exactly how they needed to be. Complaint – Poor Service and Ongoing Delay with Glasses Order
Dear Specsavers I am very disappointed with the service I have received since ordering my glasses on 15 July 2025. When I did my eye test, Dr. Pharane recommended a 50% fixed tint because the 20% was too light for my photophobia. The first pair I received had the right tint, but the pupil centering was wrong, which caused me to see multiple lights when looking directly at any light source. I had to return them, and Dr. Pharane confirmed the issue. She said the lab only needed to fix the centering and leave the tint exactly as it was. Instead, when the glasses came back, the tint was much darker, making them look like sunglasses and impossible to use indoors. I returned them again in late August. On Monday 22nd, I phoned the store because it's been a month since the glasses were returned to the store and Dr. Pharane followed up with the lab, who only then admitted that they had actually lost my glasses. She told them this was unacceptable and asked them to speed it up. They promised her the glasses would be back at the store by 26 September 2025. Dr Pharane said she will follow up and call me back before Friday. To make things worse, when I called today, the receptionist told me the lab now says they will only be ready by 8 October 2025. That means I’ll have been waiting almost three months for glasses that I urgently need and already paid for. It is absolutely ridiculous to expect someone to wait that long just to get a proper pair of glasses. This has caused me a huge amount of inconvenience. I’ve had to keep going back and forth, which has cost me time, petrol and money, and yet, no offer of compensation, and no clear answers. I have been using Specsavers ever since I first needed glasses and have always chosen you, but this experience is making me seriously consider going to a different provider. This is really unacceptable. I expect this matter to be resolved urgently, and I also expect some form of compensation for everything I’ve had to deal with. If this cannot be sorted out quickly, I would rather just cancel my order and be refunded in full. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and get back to me as soon as possible.

Selling items expired over 2 years ago – TASKO SWEETS STORE (Madelief, Pretoria North)
URGENT COMPLAINT – TASKO SWEETS STORE (Madelief, Pretoria North) I am extremely disappointed and concerned after a recent experience at Tasko Sweets Store located in Madelief Centre, Pretoria North. I went into the store to purchase a few items, including chocolate. Upon arriving home, I opened one of the chocolates to eat, only to be hit with a terrible taste. I immediately checked the packaging, only to discover that the best before date was JUNE 2023. This means the product has been expired for over 2 years — this is absolutely unacceptable and *******. Selling expired food, especially by such a large margin, is not only dishonest but poses serious health risks to customers. There are clear regulations that prohibit the sale of expired food products, especially when it can lead to food poisoning or other health issues. I am demanding urgent assistance and an investigation into this matter. I strongly urge the public to be cautious when supporting this store, as it appears they are knowingly selling severely overpriced and expired products to unsuspecting customers. Please ensure your health and safety by checking expiry dates before purchase, and consider lodging formal complaints with local consumer protection bodies if you have had similar experiences. This kind of negligence cannot be allowed to continue!
