Worst service I have ever had!!! Been waiting for weeks and only had one update then radio silence again. Had to order from another provider twice now to ensure my dogs have food. Do not waste your money or time. Pretty sure this is a massive **** site!!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID They are using Internet Express and their lying couriers, with their excuse "NO ONE AT HOME" and fu*ks off returning your parcel to the "hub" So they ***** your R90 delivery and lie to you and you can go f*ck yourself without your package...buy your cat's worm pills from your vet, not this ***** fly by night outfit

I placed an order for cat food with Pet and Track. After hearing nothing from them for an extended period, I sent an email clearly requesting that the order be cancelled. I received no response. I then attempted to call them multiple times, but there was no answer. Eventually, I managed to make contact and was asked, “Has the carrier company not contacted you?” This response was extremely frustrating. Despite my clear instruction to cancel the order, they refused to honour that request and instead attempted to send partial deliveries. I had specifically stated that I would only accept the complete order — otherwise it should be cancelled in full. Because the order never arrived as expected and communication from Pet and Track was virtually non-existent, I was eventually forced to go out and buy cat food elsewhere as I had run out. The lack of communication and refusal to honour a cancellation request is unacceptable customer service.

Bought dog supplies in November 2025. Not all the products were delivered. After many delivery requests and eventually requests for a refund, I have had no response from this company

DON'T shop from here. I ordered products online just to be Whatsapped a few days later that they are NOT in stock. I have been waiting for a refund but no communication back. At this stage I think it's a **** shop!
