I placed an order for cat food with Pet and Track. After hearing nothing from them for an extended period, I sent an email clearly requesting that the order be cancelled. I received no response. I then attempted to call them multiple times, but there was no answer. Eventually, I managed to make contact and was asked, “Has the carrier company not contacted you?” This response was extremely frustrating. Despite my clear instruction to cancel the order, they refused to honour that request and instead attempted to send partial deliveries. I had specifically stated that I would only accept the complete order — otherwise it should be cancelled in full. Because the order never arrived as expected and communication from Pet and Track was virtually non-existent, I was eventually forced to go out and buy cat food elsewhere as I had run out. The lack of communication and refusal to honour a cancellation request is unacceptable customer service.
My package has now been stuck with Aramex for over 10 days with absolutely no movement. Every time I call, the delay is blamed on “customs” or on the customer, yet Aramex never follows up proactively or provides a real update. I was told a team leader would call me back, and that Kimberly Nglovu would contact me — but no one ever did. Getting concrete information has been impossible, and I’m left with only vague explanations and broken promises of call-backs. This level of communication and accountability is simply unacceptable for a logistics company claiming to offer reliable delivery services.
Sope to Mono about my policy. Her knowledge of the product was very good and she was also very friendly. She was able to improve my insurance policy. Thank you Outsurance for employing staff who know the product they selling and give advice that suits the customer.
Submitted paperwork for a claim as I have retired. Still waiting for the claim to be processed and if it is not done by the 13 June, I will be financially penalised. Tried calling the call centre and i just get put on hold. tried to submit a complaint on their web side and cannot
In 2022 I requested that tracker cancels Caregaurd. A service I did not ask for, that Tracker sells to rip you off for something you don't need. Today I called again as I became aware it was not cancelled. As one cannot trust Tracker to make good on their promises I requested an email confirming the cancelation and refund of the past 3 years of subscriptions. This did not come.
I am trying to take over a cell phone contract that is in my employers name to my name. Well I received an email from Vodacom telling me my application has been received and approved. Yes I spent over 2 hours on the phone with Vodacom and could not sort this out. Tomorrow I will go to MTN and take out a new contract and start to change all my contacts to the new number. It is clear Vodacom don't want to retain me as a customer and are trying their best to get rid of me. Goodbye Vodacom
Placed an order online for a large shirt. They sent a small. I requested a return on the 23 November, and am still waiting for a refund. Considering it was not my fault Levies sent the wrong size they seem to be taking as long as possible to refund me. I do not recoment you purchass online form Levi's
Despite my recent complaint, I am now getting calls from Discovery trying to sell me insurance on my car guarantee. All this indicate Discovery has totally lost focus of their core business and have taken to harassing anyone.
Keep getting spam call from Discovery insure for short term insurance. I have not requested any quote so why are you calling me? Where did you get my number? I specifically said Discovery may not call me . This was a subject of another complaint a few months back. Call came from 011 0758243
Discovery gave me a call for life insurance. I have never given Discovery permision to use my personal information, and have being called in the past by them. I gave them direct instructions never to call me again, yet they do call. How can one even think of taking out life insurance with a company who does not take the POPI act seriously? What other laws do they disregard? Can y ou trust discovery???
