DON'T shop from here. I ordered products online just to be Whatsapped a few days later that they are NOT in stock. I have been waiting for a refund but no communication back. At this stage I think it's a **** shop!
Worst experience of my life shopping online! No communication, returns, no excuses or communication! I am currently sitting without my money and without any products. Levi’s has the worst customer service. This should be ******** and J can see by the other reviews, I’m not alone! Do not shop online with Levis!
I purchased online and logged a return more than a week ago. The website says before you purchase that you can return in 7 days. It is now more than 7 days later because of THEIR bad customer service, and I'm stuck with products that do not fit and that I don't want. ALSO, they trick you by giving store CREDIT and not returning the money. BE CAREFUL if you buy from Levi's! Very sad, won't shop from them again with this kind of service. I'd rather support local or Shein.
Horrible experience. Can’t get anyone to assist me with my RA payout of 3 months ago. Still have not received my money and their customer service is completely unreachable. You either get ‘put through” to from one robot to the next or you hold and no one ever answers. I guess it’s time for lawyers to get my own money paid out.
Foschini had an online beauty sale on Smashbox so I ordered items at a discount. After 3 weeks of waiting and not receiving my order, I receive an email saying I returned the items and they are refunding me even less than what I paid on sale. When I logged a complaint and query about this, only then they advised me that they lost my packages and will give me a R100 voucher, trying to force me to purchase from them again after this absolutely non-existing service. If I didn’t contact them, nothing would have happened. So tired of poor service in SA and no consequences for brands who form part of this. Don’t offer online sales if you can’t deliver on paid services.
