Firetechpro/ Fires Edge/ Barnfires Project/ Fire Legend Projects
Hi Guys Please be aware of Pete and Naraen/Nicole. There were red flags. The quotation has fake addresses. 85% deposit. Change of number. Numerous company name changes. The fireplace was suppose to be ordered from Lava Fires. When I called them to follow up if Pete made the order. They said no, and they don’t deal with Pete but Naeren from Firetech Pro. Whilst Pete’s quotation read as Fire Legends Project. I began to dig further. He did poor installations with previous clients and had changed his company name numerous of time. From Fire Edges to Barn Fire and now as Fire Legend Projects, but uses Fire TechPro account to buy. He sent me the suppliers quotation after I began asking him for proof of Order. Still feeling uncertain, I called the supplier and they said nothing been placed. I called to confront him and he turned defensive. I then said please can I ask for refund. He said he will pay me back. I paid deposit end of Nov. He then said suppliers order closed. Came Jan nothing was ordered. And supplier said they were still taking orders in Beginning Dec. In the end. I lost my deposit no fire place. They are robbers and do poor workmanship and installations. Please be aware!

Bad after sales. Quality of products not worth the money
<p>First experience. Extractor fan issues. After sales not resolved. </p> <p>Second experience. Oven glass door is so fragile it breaks when you move it. So becareful consumers! Worst part I had to beg Smeg to do an inspection. Even worst it doesn't cover warranty. </p> <p>Not worth the effort. </p>
