I was sold a product by BMW to cover tyre damage. I was informed BMW does not administer these policies anymore and I must contact Rodel, Rodel didn’t have my details and I was told to ask BMW Auto Glen to submit the claim. Nothing was done for me and had to leave my car overnight at the dealership. I called Auto Glen this afternoon and I was told Rodel is yet to confirm cover with BMW yet I am paying a premium every month. I had taken in my car for a service at Auto Glen and I was told my tyre needs to be replaced because it’s damaged, yet I have cover that they sold me which they have given to Rodel, and Rodel employees that go on lunch without having confirmed cover since yesterday. Why are we sold these products if they can’t they can’t be of use and are being administered by *********** and useless staffers. Someone has dropped the ball here! If BMW cannot communicate with Rodel then who should? Why should I suffer this indignity as a customer?
<p>I have recently settled my home loan and all the debts I have had with Standard Bank however the bank has continued to debit the installement form my account. when i called in to object i was told i had to recalculate my debt by Marco from home loans! as if! i was told to write an email to client services requesting a refund, i did that! still no payment! I spoke to Thobile that i have debits that need to go off and this situation created by standard bank is going to prejudice me. she sent me an email that i must write a letter sign it and send it back to them.</p> <p>this is really bad service that i am getting from standard bank! i have written an email requesting a refund back into my cheque account and i am being given all the excuses in the world and ignored. i will get the bad credit profile not them. they confirmed to me that the bond was paid up but why they are contnuieng to debit the amount is beyond my comlprehension. I am planning to report this to the banking ombudsman! </p>
