Worst possible service, I was informed that it will take 3-5 working day to connect AFTER contacting them because no one contacted me in 6 working days. I was told inaccurate information.
Good day, I have changed my banking details 3 months ago. I went to the branch to change over to my new banking details and I was told to contact head office, I have emailed and phoned. Spoke to someone at head office and I was told that banking details will be sent to me so I may make payment. I keep getting phone calls demanding payment and I keep asking them to send me banking details so I can make payment. This is my last resort, please can someone assist with banking details so I can pay????
<p>I have a parcel from India that I would like to have had by 17.03</p> <p>DHL cannot give me an answer to when I will get this parcel due to them making mistakes with the customs entry. I have provided tariff codes as well as pictures and the order confirmation and I am still being asked for it. I do understand that mistakes happen, but I can't understand that after everything was clearly provided that it takes two days to process a two line courier entry into customs. Due to lack of proper reading of my emails sent your staff has delayed my parcel and I need it by the end of today as I have ordered this for a function that I have to attend 18.03.2017. DHL will be held responsible for whatever charges incur and well as the refund of what I have purchased if I do not get this today (I do understand customs complications..etc) But I will not tolerate this being delayed due to staff ignorance. DHL is a piece of rubbish! </p>
