Absolutely disgusted at the terrible service, i took my Audi RS3 to these people to straighten my alignment and they completely messed it up. It was at the point where in order for my car to drive in a straight line the steering wheel had to be turned right, I returned 3 times and each time they made an adjustment to try and sort the issue out, which on my third arrival the same afternoon they tell me sorry they’re closed for the long weekend and i must return on Tuesday. Over the long weekend i took my car to Audi in menlyn and upon assessing the car and report FROM SUPA QUICK, they told me my rear TOE on both wheels were maxed out and my alignment was completely off, so I returned to SUPA QUICK on Tuesday to claim a refund on ONLY ALIGNMENT BECAUSE I DID BOTH BALANCING AND ALIGNMENT with SUPA QUICK for the staff to tell me no what if i hit a pothole on the way to audi etc. he refused to just give me my money back for a job that he didn’t do correctly, even after telling him that it is even incorrect on the report, the specs they used were completely wrong. I’m more than upset at the absolutely terrible people that work there now. I just want my refund because all in all it costed me a total of R590 at SUPA QUICK for only alignment and balancing. These people are thieves and will find any excuse not to pay back money owed, i mean the more I explained to him that when i left his shop my alignment was already messed up the more he insisted that i hit a pothole with my sports car!! Absolutely appalling to say the least of anyone can help me resolve this matter please contact me.
<p>A warm and fun trip was expected by my fellow friends and i as we took a drive down to our local ice rink. </p> <p>Instead we were greeted with a stench of bad attitude and poor service, firstly the people in charge of skate hiring... I took of my shoe and clearly stated that i would like a size 9 boot but i was handed a size 8 instead so i proceeded back to the man and pointed out his mistake and asked for a size 9 instead, thats when i was greeted with a fiery response "but you have a size 7 shoe and its not my problem!" secondly the snack store... The staff members there seem to always be on a break, i had to wait around anywhere between 30-50 minutes just to get served by yet another foul mannered staff member, throwing my items to the counter and then giving me dirty looks as i pay...</p> <p>The third incedent was at the end of the day session, i was sitting at the side of the ice rink on the barrier as everyone was proceeding toward the exit, a staff member yells at me from the snack shop saying "hey you get of there now we are closed!!" this really makes my blood boil, how would some of you feel if you were told this by a stranger at a place of enjoyment and fun?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>I think this place could really use an attitude adjustment before they push the buttons of the wrong person.</p>
