Online service is *******
Your online service is pathetic. You continually advertise unavailable stock then accept orders of this stock and serve only to waste customers time and bank charges. One would think that in 2023 mass mart could developed their app and get a current inventory. Very disappointed 😞

Amazing company!
Seriously impressed with this company. I got a really high quality strap and spring bars and they threw in extra spring bars and a free strap tool. These guys are about customer service and I could praise them enough. Highly recommend.

Card type not supported by most SA businesses
I'm just wondering if Diners Club SA is affiliated with the Master card network at all as almost no vendors accept this card type. We are being declined 9/10 times by south african businesses and its extremely embarrassing. I'm having to carry around other cards to bail me out of an almost expected disappointment when payment is required.
