We have no water for a week now. Well, it is a norm but what bothers me is that the management does absolutely nothing about this water crisis but if you underpay them with a cent, they change you locks.
I have ran out of options in an effort to close my Jet account and I hate seeing it on my credit record. I settled my account a year ago and I kindly told the lady from Daveyton branch to close it. I kept receiving my statements and reminders that I have credit of 14K available but it really got to me when I saw it showing on my CPA records. I went again to Daveyton branch this year June and told them to close my account but I kept receiving email statements still. I decided to call their customer service number and spoke to one consultant who showed zero interest in my query and made me hold for 30 minutes till he hung up on me. On the 17th this month I send them an email requesting my account to be closed but till now there is no response from them. May I kindly get my account closed without any further frustrations.
