Installation went well, but when contacted to come and fix a gutter not installed correctly the uphill battle started. We have made numerous appointments, taken off work and then always get some kind of excuse when they do not pitch. No after-sales service at all!
<p>We have been battling to get a practice registered for more than two weeks. Previously when BHF were still providing a service you could walk in at the walk-in centre and even though you had to wait an hour or so, a practice number was issued. We took in documents to get a new practice registered on 10 March 2017. Signs are displayed in the walk-in centre stating that it will take 2-3 days for a practice number to be issued. I has bow been 13 days, and we have phoned them every day. They just give the reason of a backlog and refuse to help. Annual fees and registration fees need to be paid, but no service is supplied! </p> <p>How can a company that is in charge of getting all medical practices registrered be so absolutely useless? It is sad that an organisation that deals with professionals are so inadequate. </p>
