Terrible expericence so far - they doing a "manual" review of my profile and its been WEEKS, while they do this Im PAYING for the use of the site but I cant apply to jobs because this review process is taking SO LONG! You *****ing my money by doing this! Very unprofessional, Upwork is taking my money and Im getting NOTHING out of it. This us unacceptable, totally unsatisfactory and utterly dissapointing.
<p>Quite a TRAGIC experience with TELKOM - I upgraded my internet to Uncapped and with their new promotional deal a new MODEM was to be delivered to my door. I did the upgrade to my new contract on the 3rd of March 2017.....a week went by and still no delivery of the modem. I phoned and the consultant I had first spoken too made a mess-up on the deal. I then re-did the upgrade and a few days went by with no modem delivery. Phoned to enquire and could not tell me why. Made sure my address was correct etc and then waited a few more days, nothing. No updates or anything to the delivery.</p> <p> </p> <p>This lead to a process of me phoning Telkom each day - being put on hold for at LEAST 45minutes and then hearing a different story each time as to why the Modem could not be delivered by the service consultants. Eventually got hold of a manager - she said she would investigate the matter but never got back to me as promised. I then phoned again leaving a message for a manager get back to me on through their business line which did happen the next day - his cure to the problem was to give ME (THE CUSTOMER) the number of the courier they use to phone and sort it out MYSELF, his attitude seemed weak and he obviously couldnt care less. I have had to phone the courier on MY side out of MY time because TELKOM is absolutely hopeless to sort out ANY problems and their managers seem not up to the job of helping the customer sort any issues out.</p> <p> </p> <p>Been a Telkom customer since 1980 and this service was disgusting. No care in the WORLD as to the delivery of my modem (which is part of a CONTRACT DEAL) the problem has now been dumped onto me - the customers shoulders.......shame on you Telkom! It is now coming is now the 23rd of March, I have sorted out TELKOMS utter mess and hope to get my modem sometime soon. SIES!</p>
