UPWORK --- POOR WORKING CONDITIONS
1) COMPANY'S NAME - UP WORK 2) ANRIKA LERATO - 0743193969 - PERSON THAT SET UP EVERYTHING 3) MATILDA ROSE - WORKS FOR ANRIKA 4) MR ALEXANDER - WORKS FOR TRUST FIN - HE IS REFUSING TO REPAY On the 1st of December I got set up by Anrika Lerato The first Welfare Task went well === I paid R500 and received R700 back On the second Welfare Task I first wanted to pay R500 again, but I had to change to R1200, which I duly did. === Then the wheels came off 1) I was told to pay R3000 which I refused 2) I then requested a repayment of R1200. 3) I AM STILL WAITING 5) YOU GET PAID R15.00 FOR EVERY TASK COMPLETED ( 3 IN A ROW ) === RECEIVED MY R45 6) AFTER THAT THE WHEELS CAME OFF === NO FURTHER SALARY { AS IT WAS CALLED } ALTHOUGH I COMPLETED TASKS 7) ON THE 2ND DECEMBER I COMPLETED 20 TASKS === NO SALARY 8) ON THE 3RD DECEMBER I COMPLETED 20 TASKS === NO SALARY 9) ON THE 4TH DECEMBER I COMPLETED 20 TASKS === NO SALARY 10) ON THE 5TH DECEMBER I COMPLETED 20 TASKS === NO SALARY 11) ON THE 6TH DECEMBER I COMPLETED 20 TASKS === NO SALARY 12) ON THE 7TH DECEMBER I COMPLETED 20 TASKS === NO SALARY I FEEL THAT THIS OPERATION SHOULD BE BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE PUBLIC ALL THAT I AM REQUESTING IS TO GET MY R1200 BACK --- PAYMENT OF THE R15 PER TASK WILL BE A BONUS Peter Dauelsberg

If I could give - 0 star, but this is the only way I can warn people!! A guy ~Senaya Gulnaz ~contacted me on WhatsApp. He gave me a task to do to prove that it's not a ****. After completing the task I got paid R45. He then sent me a link to telegram for a ~ Victoria Rosie ~. In one day, I made just under R300. I deposited my first R500 for what they call welfare tasks and I got R700 back, and THAT is where sh@t hits the fan. Next payment is not allowed to be less than R1200 due to it being to new members only- and if you don't do it you get penalised. When you complete the task then the “senior task mentor” ~ Jude Bellingham ~ gives an additional task to perform where you have to deposit a minimum of R3400 and if you can't you lose your money (“salary”). The higher you go the riskier it gets. Their reasons for when you want to back out? “Their merchant will suffer a substantial loss and will not be able to refund??” What about us who works paycheck to paycheck??? I believe that The people posting their screenshots of payments are in on it… You also cannot leave messages on the group, and the “front desk officer” who should be able to assist just calls you stupid and forces you to pay more. And then your credit is not enough to get the “salary” back. I will be taking this to the police and letting people know about this ****!!

I have put money in. Now I can't get it back. I was called stupid by the "teacher" and they refuse to give it back. It started so great when I joined but now, I think their true colours shows.

I downloaded the Upwork app and after registering a guy contacted me on whatsapp. He gave me a task to do to "prove* that it's not a acam. After completing the task I got paid R45. He then sent me a lonk to telegram. In one day (Saturday Oct 4) I made just under R300. I deposited my first R500 for what the call welfare tasks ans I got R700 back, and THAT is where they catch you. Next payment is allowes to be less than R1200. When you complete the task then there is another assitional task to perform where you have to deposit a minimum of R3000 and if you can't you lose your mone. The higher you go the riskier it gets. The people posting there screenshots of payments are in on it. You also cannot leave messages on the group.

What A Terrible Experience
It was my first time to experience such an unprofessionalism . I was working for Microsoft Project . my God, I still don't believe that such a big company can be so so unprofessional, talk of their onboarding, Their management structure, their systems, its terrible. more over when your contract ends they don't give you notice, you just wake up in the morning and discover that your account is blocked, They took 3 months to do onboarding , bust the job only lasted for 3 weeks, and those 3 weeks was hell. No compliance to labour law no nothing. Is been 6 months but I am still traumatised.

*****!!! They are running a ****!!! Whatever you do, do not pay that fee. They don't even send an email to acknowledge once you have sent your application. You cant get refund and on top of that they just lie, you cant cancel the account, therefore they keep debiting! RUN its a ****!!! There isn't even an email address, let alone a cellphone number!

*****!!! They are running a ****!!! Whatever you do, do not pay that fee. They don't even send an email to acknowledge once you have sent your application. You cant get refund and on top of that they just lie, you cant cancel the account, therefore they keep debiting! RUN its a ****!!! There isn't even an email address, let alone a cellphone number!

Upwork taking my money!
Terrible expericence so far - they doing a "manual" review of my profile and its been WEEKS, while they do this Im PAYING for the use of the site but I cant apply to jobs because this review process is taking SO LONG! You *****ing my money by doing this! Very unprofessional, Upwork is taking my money and Im getting NOTHING out of it. This us unacceptable, totally unsatisfactory and utterly dissapointing.
