It was my first time to experience such an unprofessionalism . I was working for Microsoft Project . my God, I still don't believe that such a big company can be so so unprofessional, talk of their onboarding, Their management structure, their systems, its terrible. more over when your contract ends they don't give you notice, you just wake up in the morning and discover that your account is blocked, They took 3 months to do onboarding , bust the job only lasted for 3 weeks, and those 3 weeks was hell. No compliance to labour law no nothing. Is been 6 months but I am still traumatised.

I had issues with the pain peeling off my walls , However after reaching out to the company they immediately sent a representative to my house to come and assess the situation. They provided guidance on how to apply the paint and also outlined my walls previous paint issues . Duram replaced my paint and and offered to assist in applying the new pain. I am a happy customer
The paint started to flake off the wall in less than 6 months, Where it did not flake it started to fade away. I am still asking myself how can such a useless paint be this expensive. I wish this platform was enabled to upload images . Because my house and walls are now looking terrible than the old pain it use to have. Never buy this paint if you want peace of mind
Cell c fiber account clossed March 2021 with the one month notice served. I had to fight write to twitter, write emails , Ticket # [CF184726] . NOW MY STATEMENT SAYS I OWE CELL C R4975.00 Well i decided to pay even though i dont know what was the money for since my fiber was cancelled in March, Now after paying R1500 my credit bureaus information is not being updated. Why should my payment not reflect but my non payment was reflecting each month. Even my statement shows that i paid , but why is not being updated on credit Bureau. Account Number: 339765510
My Payment record is not being updated at Credit Bureaus, i called , begged, pleaded and iam out of options. Every Consultant give me a different story, i paid my account on the 21st September 2021 and till today my credit report still shows iam behind with 5 months, which is a lie. This has affected my credit score that i cant even buy a house for my children. I called the Subscriber collections department (0821946) and all they say is ' WE WILL ESCALATE' Account number: I7942200-1 Cellular number: 27829441079
Good Day Me and my wife applied for deb counselling with With Jacob Ramonti in 2014 . we paid all our debts in 2017 . we contacted him for the clearance, he cleared my name and not include my wife . when i contacted him he said it was mistake and he will fix it . since 2018 till now he keeps will fix it. he later said he has done it , we contacted compuscan and they confirmed they have never receive any email from him . I also contacted him last week for the same issue , he said is done, I send him a credit report showing his Name in the flag , he then disappeared. We cant buy a house for our children . please assist. Iam not sure why is he still registered with NCR While people are facing similar issues. I cancelled my Fiber line with cell c on April , they asked me to give them a 30 days notice of which i did. and here is my reference Ticket # [CF184726]. Till now my service has not been cancelled and when i called i am told that is because i have not confirm. i told more than 6 consultants the same thing to cancel but till today. I am not sure where to take this anymore , may be Ombudsman and NCR
