Debt Review Clearance Not Done
Good Day Me and my wife applied for deb counselling with With Jacob Ramonti in 2014 . we paid all our debts in 2017 . we contacted him for the clearance, he cleared my name and not include my wife . when i contacted him he said it was mistake and he will fix it . since 2018 till now he keeps will fix it. he later said he has done it , we contacted compuscan and they confirmed they have never receive any email from him . I also contacted him last week for the same issue , he said is done, I send him a credit report showing his Name in the flag , he then disappeared. We cant buy a house for our children . please assist. Iam not sure why is he still registered with NCR While people are facing similar issues. consumers be WARNED!!! Please do conclude business with Ramonti Debt Counselling because they are scammers of note!!!! Paid for a clearance certificate in December 2019 and to date I have not received any feedback from them

bad service
It was very easy to get me under debt review for these people, even without an agreement reached. Then after paying my debts and they should remove the flag, Jacob keeps saying he's gonna ask his staff to do it because he is on holiday. about 10 days later the staff sends clearance certificate with missing details. Tried contacting Jacob on his cellphone or the office nobody answered, emails not replied to. 30 days later still no help. Basically its been 2 months waiting for these guys to do their jobs like i did my part as promised.

Delayed withdrawal form
<p>i have been on debt review since 2013, i have however finished paying all my debts since then and i am only left with home loan but now my debt counsellor wont provide me the withdrawal form for debt counsel so that my profile can be updated on all the credit bereaus.</p>
