I'd give this business no star if I could. I have placed an order on the 24 of July and my payment was acknowledged and promised delivery within 4 days. Today is the 22 August and no communication from them. I have followed up and they plainly ignore my texts. Worse that I cant even give them a straight call. But each day I see them posting new statuses advertising the same products they cant deliver. I think at this point its safe to say I have been ****med.
Bought an item thats not true to size I returned it and now its a whole full month of whatsapps and emails but no refund. Everytime I whatsapp they are checking with the finance department or they simply ignore my texts. Pathetic!
They sold me cheap hair that was advertised as Vietnamese. When I went to complain the owner said there is nothing they can help me with. My R4000 has gone to waste but I not surprised because this is actually not the first time. They only specialise on installation not selling hair, they rob you.
Tracking information on my order was last updated 2 weeks ago. I call and the ladies from the tracking dont seem interested in my query. 5 days of calling and I still am getting let me check I will call you back. The worst delivery company ever.
I sent all the documentation to vodacom fraud department on the 24th of Feb and they indicated I will be assisted within 7 to 14 days. I followed up on Friday 10 to the same email I got from Thabo. No response even now. Im being sent invoice for a contract of over R4000 monthly that I didnt take.
I have been waiting for my funds to be released since the 1st of March. Matter was sent for investigation and further documents were sent last Thursday. Today an sms is sent by old mutual that our funds will be delayed because they need to do further assessment. Clearly Old Mutual doesnt want to give us our money. They'd rather only we pay the premiums while we do not benefit a thing from our monies.
Requested a full disinvestment on my policy from the online profile. Have been checking the progress and it said nothing. 7 days later nothing has been paid out to me and the contact centre line has never been answered. Decided to download the App only to find out there’s an action required from me. Pathetic! Why did it not indicate the same on the profile but instead it kept saying transaction in progress???
logged a dispute on 18 December to be removed from debt review. 20 days has gone passed and still no help. emails remain unreplied to. I cant even mention the call centre. i call almost everyday and wait for 15 minutes until i give up.
It was very easy to get me under debt review for these people, even without an agreement reached. Then after paying my debts and they should remove the flag, Jacob keeps saying he's gonna ask his staff to do it because he is on holiday. about 10 days later the staff sends clearance certificate with missing details. Tried contacting Jacob on his cellphone or the office nobody answered, emails not replied to. 30 days later still no help. Basically its been 2 months waiting for these guys to do their jobs like i did my part as promised.
