<p>I would just like to give thumbs up to Toyota Garage Soweto branch, i have been there a few times and their service is always excellent they never disappoint. i will like to give a special thanks to Moyagabo Masotla who was servicing me this time around, she was patient informative and kind. keep up the good job guys. <p>i have been on debt review since 2013, i have however finished paying all my debts since then and i am only left with home loan but now my debt counsellor wont provide me the withdrawal form for debt counsel so that my profile can be updated on all the credit bereaus.</p>
<p>i bought a fridge at the above mentioned furniture shop on the 12 December 2016 as it was on sale from R11000 to R8500. However the fridge was out of stock at the time but i was told that if i want to secure the special price i should pay the full amount and when they receive stock i will get the fridge. i did not receive the fridge up until the holidays were over and then i went back to them on 3rd January 2016 to enquire, i was told that their suppliers will reopen on the 17th however to my suprise the demo fridge which was used for display had been sold to another customer that came after me but it was not offered to me. i did not hear anything again from them on and after the 17th of January until i called them back again today and again i am being told the same story that the fridge is out of stock but in the interim no one is communicating anything to me. when i asked for refund they told me i must wait until they have enough money on their cash register to refund me, i told them i want the money deposited to my account as i am not comfortable with carrying so much cash. i was told this was not possible but when i paid for the fridge i never paid cash i did a transfer. i am very disapoointed.</p>
<p>what a bad service by Andres panel and paint, my car was taken to them for repairs since the 9th of June until today my car has not been fixed and now they refusing to give it back so that i can take it to another workshop.</p>
<p>i was involved in a car accident on the 3rd June and my car was towed from the accident scene by the service provider appointed by affinity insurance. my claim was concluded on the 9th June and my car taken for repairs and they told me it will take about 12 days for it to be done. after that i never heard from my insurance provider or repairer again until i emailed Rosemary, the lady who is handling my claim to ask about the progress of repairs to my car. she told me i should contact the repairer myself and i did as advised. the guy i spoke to over the phone from Andres panel and paint cc told me they were busy painting the car and it took longer than twelve days beacuse there was a part that they couldnt find at first but they have since found it and the car is fixed and it should be ready by Wednesday the 29th June because i called on a Monday the 27th June. when i called on Wednesday i was told the paint will dry by Monday the 4th, i have been calling since Monday and no one is willing to assist me. rosemary from claims keep on saying she will come back to me but nothing. i am fustrated beacuse now on Friday my 30 days with the courtesy car will lapse and i must take the car back and i will not have transport and the day i took insurance i hoped they will support me through difficult times but i have received nothing but grief.</p>
<p>i was involved in a car accident on Friday the 3rd of June, i called my insurance comapny as indicated above they arranged a towing company to come tow my car and they said i should put out a claim with the claims department on Monday as they only operate weekdays. i did as advised, but now when i call regarding the status of my claim they tell me it is not yet processed and they cannot even provide me with a courtesy car until my claim is prosessed. i feel unfairly treated as i have been paying my insurance premium since 2012 and i have never claimed before but now they cannot even assist me in a time of need. all i ask is atleast to be provided with an alternative transport until my car is fixed and also have feedback as to where they took my car and when will i have it back.</p>
