I gave in something at Cash Crusaders Gezina Pretoria a few weeks ago and on the contract it says an extension is R127 per extension INCLUDING interest. When I went to pay my extension today (17-02-2026) she charged me R327 beacause there's an admin fee on the first extension payment. The don't say ANYTHING about a R200 admin fee for the first extension. It says NO MORE THAN R127 PER extension. Problem with these companies are they think they're untouchable because they're country wide and no one ever does anything but if you think about it these companies are all just big ****mers.
I downloaded the Upwork app and after registering a guy contacted me on whatsapp. He gave me a task to do to "prove* that it's not a acam. After completing the task I got paid R45. He then sent me a lonk to telegram. In one day (Saturday Oct 4) I made just under R300. I deposited my first R500 for what the call welfare tasks ans I got R700 back, and THAT is where they catch you. Next payment is allowes to be less than R1200. When you complete the task then there is another assitional task to perform where you have to deposit a minimum of R3000 and if you can't you lose your mone. The higher you go the riskier it gets. The people posting there screenshots of payments are in on it. You also cannot leave messages on the group.
Ordered Pizza online, 25/04/2025 delivery time was said to be 18:36 and by 19:36 the pizza was still not delivered. Not the first, second, nor third time I have problems with them. Once it went so far that the Customer Service Manager contacted me. This place's service really went backwards. I understand month end is a rush but then they are gonna have to make a plan to get people's pizza delivered on time. About 5 minutes went by while typing this review and I am still waiting.
Romans Mayville's service has really gone backwards. Tonight (14/5/22) I ordered Pizza for delivery and after having to repeat my order several times to the lady on the phone before she got it right, she finally got it and said 30-35 Minutes. An hour later my pizza still hasn't arrived of which I called them again and told them they are late. The lady on the phone then said 40-45 minute and even if that was so they were still late. She told me that the order already left and I said if it's cold I am sending it back. More than 20 minutes later the driver showed up and I checked my order and it was cold. He told me he left 10 minutes ago and according to the lady on the phone he left about half an hour ago. I sent the order back as I am not paying over R300 for cold pizza. The order was placed roughly 17:40 and the driver only got there at 19:00 so that is double the time they gave me. This is not the first time I have trouble with Mayville's orders. Previously they didn't even get my order right.
Tonight (28 July 2021) we went to buy food at KFC corner of Hertzog and Johan Heyns (I never learn) and again my order was wrong. I asked for a streetwise 2 and got only one piece. Checked everything except that. I can't count on my fingers how many times we have had problems with this KFC and like I said I never learn. This branch is pathetic and I say for the last time today, they will never see me again.
Tonight (27 August 2020) was the last time I went to KFC on the corner of Johan Heyns and Hertzog street in Pretoria! We had a big order that included 2 Dunked Pops, 1 Large Pops, 1 Large Chips, 1 Fully loaded box meal, 1 9 piece nuggets and 1 streetwise 2. Now the add says 9 piece nuggets with 2 dips, but the lady at the drive through counter argued with me it's ONLY 1 dip. After standing in the the dive through for almost an hour we finally got our order. After going through our order we realized that we NEVER got our nuggets! (Not the first nor second time, it's either nuggets or dips). We went back inside to complain and the manager (very helpful) quickly gave us the missing nuggets with 2 extra dips. We got home only to find that the missing nuggets was in the box meal INSTEAD of the burger for which reason we bought the box meal in the first place. The staff doesn't know what the menu reads and they miss place orders which is very pathetic service. I hope that this is going to be sorted out soon as this is not the only review I am writing. I have now had enough of paying for food that I don't get...
